STEP 1:
Inspection & quote
We inspect every surface (walls, fascias, eaves, timber, metalwork), note any peeling, cracking or rot, and provide a written quote and scope.
STEP 2:
Washdown & mould treatment
Exteriors are washed to remove dirt, chalking and spider webs. Any mould or mildew is treated so it doesn’t bleed back through the new paint.
STEP 3:
Repairs & preparation
We scrape loose paint, sand back edges, fill cracks, repair minor render/timber issues and prime bare areas with the correct primers.
STEP 4:
Masking & protection
Paths, gardens, windows and fixtures are covered and taped. If access equipment is needed (scaffolding etc.), it’s set up safely.
STEP 5:
Undercoats & coatings
We apply appropriate primers/sealers, then two (or more) coats of quality exterior paint designed for Perth’s sun and coastal conditions.
STEP 6:
Detail work
Trims, doors, gutters and feature elements are finished neatly to give the house sharp, clean lines and a consistent look.
STEP 7:
Clean-up & handover
All masking, debris and rubbish is removed, access gear is packed down, and we do a final walk-around with you to make sure you’re happy.
